Shipping & Return Policy

Once your piece is completed we will be happy to help you obtain a shipping quote with a "White Glove" carrier for freight.   Once that carrier is secured you will be invoiced for that agreed upon amount and it will need to be paid within 24 hours.  Customer Pickups are allowed during normal business hours for 90 days.

All sales of merchandise, memberships, furniture and creative supplies are final TPP DOES NOT EXCEPT RETURNS.

Once your piece is completed  and if the client chooses to arrange their own carrier, you will have 90 to arrange and have the piece shipped before a $150.00 monthy storage charge will be implemented.  The Painted Pinto is to be held harmless of any and all damages once project is completed and is in storage or resulting in shipping and delivery.
