Apparel and Home Decor

We typically ship out orders within 3-5 business days.  Tracking information is sent to customer once shipping is set up.  Please use the tracking information to get updates to your order.  We recommend downloading the SHOP app to get updates.

 

Wall Art

Ships out 3-5 business days after "shipping invoice" has been paid by customer.  Tracking information is sent to customer once shipping is set up.  Please use the tracking information to get updates to your order.  We recommend downloading the SHOP app to get updates.

 

Furniture Art

"Shipping Invoice" will be sent to customer and must be paid to schedule with shipper.  We use only white glove shipping from our studio to your home.  Shipping dates are estimates only.  Final delivery date will be communicated within one week of delivery.   Shipping Insurance is not The Painted Pinto's responsibility.  If there is any damage to your delivery you will need to work with the shipping company.  We will do our best to support in any way we can if this issue arrises. 

 

Customer Pick Up

Are only arranged for large furniture pieces.  Must be scheduled in advance with The Painted Pinto during business hours.
